Weather conditions are expected to change across several parts of North India on August 17. Delhi-NCR may receive rainfall after days of humid weather, with showers also possible in Noida and Gurugram. Several districts of Uttar Pradesh are under a rain and thunderstorm warning, while many parts of Bihar may experience thunderstorms and rainfall. Heavy rain is also expected in parts of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, raising concerns over landslides and flash floods in vulnerable areas.
